Good to know

Upper Level 5 Bedrooms (1A to 1E) and 3 Bathrooms in a house. Rooms 1A & 1B are Queen Rooms while Rooms 1C and 1E are double rooms. Room 1D is the Master Queen Bedroom and contains the ensuite Bathroom with Jacuzzi. Big Kitchen and comfortable living spaces that are both stylish, efficient and unique on its own. There are other quiet occupants in the lower level which have their private entrance. Only the laundry room has shared access.

Other Details to Note

*The wooden fireplace, unfortunately, is not available for use, since it triggers the smoke/CO2 alarms. *AC is not available during cold seasons, or if the temperature is at 15°C/59°F and below *Fridge ice-maker is under repair, part has been ordered, but water dispenser works. *The Yard is under permit application and is not available at this time. No pending construction at the moment. *Extra housekeeping is $50 per room.
