*The wooden fireplace, unfortunately, is not available for use, since it triggers the smoke/CO2 alarms. *AC is not available during cold seasons, or if the temperature is at 15°C/59°F and below *Fridge ice-maker is under repair, part has been ordered, but water dispenser works. *The Yard is under permit application and is not available at this time. No pending construction at the moment.
